Ventilation duct is a municipal infrastructure to circulate air and reduce the concentration of harmful gases. The plates, profiles and other main finished materials used for the fabrication and installation of ventilation pipes and air ducts shall comply with the provisions of the current national standards for design and related products, and the factory inspection certificate shall be applied. The materials shall be accepted according to the current national standards when entering the site.
Ventilation ducts are divided by material: generally, they are: steel plate air duct (ordinary steel plate), ventilation duct, stainless steel air duct, FRP air duct, material air duct, composite air duct, color steel sandwich insulation board air duct, double-sided aluminum foil insulation air duct, single-sided color steel insulation air duct, adhesive coated air duct (such as mine air duct), mine plastic air duct, etc.
The prefabricated air duct needs to be stored to avoid secondary pollution. The pipe orifice can be sealed with sealing materials such as plastic cloth, and then the air ducts can be stacked by categories. Before using the pipeline, please pay attention to the cleaning operation, confirm that the plate surface is free of corrosion, and do not clean it after drying.
1. Preparation before construction
As the saying goes, "sharpen your knife without mistaking firewood", it fully shows that preparation is the premise to ensure the installation quality of air duct. Prepare the fabrication of clean pipes, whether centralized fabrication in the factory or on-site fabrication, ensure that the site is clean and closed, and have qualified daylighting and lighting conditions. In addition, we should take care of the prepared square tube to avoid pollution as far as possible.
2. Selection of duct material
The selection also has a great impact on the construction quality of the pipeline. Generally speaking, in order to ensure the weight of the pipeline, the pipeline with smaller plate thickness is required, but the size and pressure level of the pipeline need to be comprehensively considered. From a design point of view, it is worth noting that a system can have several pipe thicknesses corresponding to different static pressure levels at the same time.
3. Transverse connection of air duct
The transverse connection of air duct has certain stress. This connection method can be said to be a means to extend the length of the air duct, and also has the function of enhancing the rigidity and maintaining the transverse size of the air duct. Generally, the transverse connection method is angle steel flange connection. This connection mode depends on the wall thickness, the connection type and the plate wall reinforcement mode.
